If the Roku device has signed out of the account for some reason, you can create a new account with an email for the area and have access to (i.e. your work email - [email protected]). The email will be used to verify sign in once logged in (will send an email to confirm device sign in). You will have to create the account with a computer before trying to sign in on the streaming device connected to the TV.

Create the account by visiting the Roku website with the following link:

Once the account is created, sign into the account on the device connected to the TV (navigate to Step 1 on this page for step by step instructions (halfway down page)).

Once you add the login information, an email will be sent to the associated email address to verify sign in.
